IV Eagle Flyby - February 9, 2024
Volunteer Opportunities (IV Helping Hands)
Parents can sign up to volunteer online.
Signing up on this site does not commit you. A separate communication for each event will provide activity information and solicit your volunteer commitment (could include set up, chaperoning, fundraising, donating food or other items, event support, etc.). Thank you to all parents for your support in making this program successful.
Below are volunteer opportunities.
IVMS Book Fair – Parent Volunteers Needed
Parent volunteers are needed to help staff at the Spring Book Fair from Monday, March 11, 2024, through Friday, March 15, 2024, in the IVMS Library. Volunteers will assist students and faculty with book selections and purchases, stocking/restocking items for sale, and checking out purchases (utilize the cash registers). The goal is to have at least two volunteers per time block (feel free to sign up for as many as you can). To volunteer visit the Book Fair Sign-up Form.
Be sure to complete and submit your volunteer clearance forms prior to your first volunteer timeslot.
Note: information will be sent before the Book Fair regarding setting up an e-wallet account for your child and opportunities to donate funds to help teachers purchase books for their classrooms.
