7th to 8th Grade Scheduling Timeline 2018-19

In March, we will begin our 7th to 8th grade course selection and scheduling process for the 2018-2019 year.  We kick off the process with a 7th Grade Parent Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.

Below is the timeframe for current 7th graders to get their course requests uploaded on HAC for the 2018-2019 year.

7th to 8th Grade Course Request / Scheduling Timeline for 2018-2019

Tuesday, March 13 – 7th Grade Parent Town Hall Scheduling Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the AUD.
Tuesday, March 15 – School Counselors Course Selection Video will be shown to 7th grade students during morning home base.
Thursday, March 15 – Student Course Request Sheets are distributed to 7th grade students after the video.
Wednesday, March 21 – All Student Course Request Sheets must be returned to students’ home base teacher signed by both student and parent.
Thursday, March 22 and Friday, March 23 – School Counselors meet with students in Social Studies classes to upload next year’s course requests on HAC (Home Access Center).
